Kennard has a reputation for his unique and innovative approach to representing athletes. He began his football career as a wide receiver for the University of Tennessee. A 1987 graduate of the University of Tennessee, McGuire signed with the New England Patriots as a wide-receiver. A devastating knee injury in 1989, forced McGuire to end his professional football career. Fortunately, however, his strong business edge and personal experience in succeeding as an athlete in the competitive business world of sports allowed him to gracefully transition into and successfully embrace the world of client representation.
McGuire represents some of the NFL's most notable players for whom he has negotiated some of the sports most lucrative player contracts, setting the bar in the industry, with over a one billion in player contracts.

Jeff "Griff" Griffin recently joined MS World after serving as Senior Partner/Co-Owner of Momentum Sports Group. During his time at Momentun, Griff co-represented 25 NFL Draft picks and has represented athletes for over 11 years.
In 2009, Griff negotiated a four year $27.5 million dollar contract for Ronald Bartell of the St. Louis Rams. The contract paid Ronald more money(over 9 million) in year one of the contract than any other cornerback in 2009 free agency.
In 2007, Griff negotiated a lucrative contract for Robert Meachem (27th Overall in the 2007 NFL Draft). He achieved significant increases in every key category(guarantee, base package, max package) over the 27th pick in the 2006 draft.
In 1996, Griff concluded his playing career as a Fullback at Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas. As a former college football player, his understanding of the game is invaluable and will be a true asset while assisting MS World clients during and after their playing careers.
Vincent Taylor recently joined MS World after serving as Partner/Co-Owner of Loyalty Sports Management. During his tenure with Loyalty Sports he represented a number of athletes including: Trent Williams of the Washington Redskins, a 1st round draft pick; Keenan Clayton and Jason Peters of the Philadelphia Eagles ; and Delanie Walker of the San Francisco 49ers.
Vincent learned the importance of success by having a great supporting cast while attending the University of Louisiana Monroe, where he was a star player and the team captain of the Indians basketball team. Under his leadership he led the team to a conference championship and NCAA Birth. Vincent worked as an assistant men’s basketball coach at Jacksonville Community College, Florida; assistant men’s basketball coach, Kilgore College; and graduate assistant coach, Texas A&M University, Commerce.
Vincent has an associate degree from Trinity Valley Community College; a bachelors from University of Louisiana Monroe and a masters from Texas A& M Commerce University.
